Policies, Guarantees, and Refunds
Refund Policy
“Live” Clubs
Full refunds can be made up to 24 hours before a “Live” Club begins. After 24 hours before the start of the Club, a partial refund may be received with a letter to truenorthreadingbookclub@gmail.com (with a description of the emergency or illness). Families in such circumstances are still able to view the Club in recording and will receive a partial refund (the difference between the “Live” Club cost and the recorded version).
To receive a refund under these criteria, notify True North Book Club at truenorthreadingbookclub@gmail.com in writing that you would like a refund and include your name, Club name, date of purchase, home address, and phone number (in case we need to contact you for any reason). All information is kept private and is never shared.
Recorded Clubs
All sales are final at point of purchase.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued through the credit card used in PayPal for the original purchase. If a credit cannot be issued through PayPal per PayPal’s guidelines, a check will be sent to the refunded party after the purchaser provides confirmation of the mailing address in the email sent to truenorthreadingbookclub@gmail.com.
Computer Issues
True North Reading also cannot be responsible for personal computer issues and any inability to access the program due to personal computer problems, and refunds will not be made if your computer encounters technical difficulty or for any other reason past the club access that disallows you from accessing the Club or files.
